โWe had an excellent sray at the pandora hotel. Our welcome was friendly and inforative. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The queen size bed was luxurious. The staff were all heloful and attentive. Breakfast, delicious. A nice choice of options. We had dinner there too on one night which was excellent. I would say it more than a 3 star. Great value. Would definitly choose this hotel agian. 10 / 10โ
โWoodland valley view room had a lovely view, the staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast food was very good quality. Hotel's own vehicle picked us up from the airport and took us back. Couldn't really fault anything.
Only minor niggle was that their website stated a fridge was in every room when in fact they were only in the top tier rooms and unfortunately they had no others to provide us. So their website needs updating, but it was no big issue. โ
โThe property was well located. It was beautifully appointed. Our room was cosy and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Food was out of this world, the choice of dinner menu was extensive and cooked beautifully. Cant fault this brilliant hotel!โ
โWe loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great and the pool, gardens, room and bar were all in very good condition. There is hotel bus into town and also a public bus stop almost outside.โ
โTHE STAFF ARE ALL HELPFUL THE RECEPTIONIST (LADY WITH GLASSES DID NOT ASK HER NAME) WAS FAB,HELP US WITH DIRECTIONS FOR BUSES AND WE SAVED A LOT ON CASH ,KIND AND HELPFUL.ITS A NICE PLACE JUST A LITTLE OUT OF TOWN...MORNING STAFF ARE CHEERFUL N WELCOMING TOO!!โ
โStaff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.โ
โThis hotel has a very interesting historical background with all the comforts one expects at a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and receptive to any requests. The room we stayed in was clean, well taken care of by housekeeping and had updated and modern bathroom and lighting/appliances. very nice and comfortable common areas, clean looking pool. excellent included breakfast, continental breakfast as well as hot breakfast made to order. Friendly kitchen staff as well. Also the food at the bar...
โAttractive hotel with good breakfast options and flexible eating and drinking options during the day. We particularly appreciated having free use of the 25m leisure pool, and being able to catch the bus into town or round the island so easily.โ
