Amazing and helpful staff! Breakfast is good. The gym has a great view of the city. Also, the location is perfect, right next to tons of Chinese and Western restaurants and the metro. I will be staying here every time I'm in Shenzhen

The room i had, had bed bugs and i had several bites on my legs. They did give me a better room and breakfast each day! New room was clean. The hotel staff spoke very little english and when leaving i asked them to tell the taxi to the futian fast rain and they told him to take me to the port area. The location is great for the electronics area.

After stayed in many hotels, I feel that the highlight lies in services. Grand Skyline offers excellent services. The check-in service is efficient, and the two booked rooms are adjusted to the same floor. Thanks for the staff help. Later, I want to stay an extra night. Yongqi (Una) Chen at the front desk was very considerate and patiently assisted me. She also gave me the most favorable price and helped on all the requirements. My parents hung clothes in their room, and the cleaning lady took the initiative to bring in a cloth-drying-rack when she saw it. It was really considerate. The service is excellent here and I will choose to stay here next time 酒店服务很好，特别是前台永淇，我们办理续住时，她主动积极服务，感谢，点赞👍

Employees are not professional but one guy his name is Andy , amazing service he provided and I don't know if there is any manager or not seems like all the staffs are not trained and kind of rude other than Andy. I would be happy if Andy take place manager job because he does great job and when I was checking out Andy was on day off and I didn't get great service , wanted to change my Australia dollar one girl she was looking computer na seven dint look was telling go out change money and she was doing nothing but attitude was not acceptable . House keeping staffs are great and I need to say one great thing about this hotel the breakfast area clean and tidy ! After all I recommend this hotel only if staffs are good in attitude like Andi. Location of the hotel is great, near to the railway and many shopping malls around. We went with few families. There are so many places nearby which the kids can have fun. Nice restaurants are everywhere.

Room has NO storage space at all, there is no where to hang your clothes, I was a solo traveler and I had a problem for this so 100% this hotel is not good for couples or families! The shower also flooded the bathroom each morning so everything was wet. I reported this matter twice but nothing happened. My stay should have been 5 night, I checked out after 3 nights

Although the hotel is located in a good area, the rooms etc feel very old. I have stayed here in the past and it was reasonable, but the price is too high for the comfort albeit the location. Staff dont really speak English so its tough to communicate. Id stay in another hotel the next time. Newer and fresher for the money paid.

선전 공항에서 대략 택시로 40분 정도 소요됨. 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 아침 식사에 밥은 없습니다. 그게 좀 아쉽기는 합니다. 주위에 스타벅스가 여러게 있고 맥도날드 및 음식점, 백화점이 있고 바로 전철역이 있어서 편리 합니다.
