This was my first time at this hotel and I will come back. I enjoyed staying here and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Very nice stay. The Hotel is perfect for family with young children. They takes care of children’s needs at every aspect. I would definitely come again.
It was great, the view of the golf playground was so wonderful, and the Chinese cuisine restaurant 骏豪轩 was so nice.

The hotel is really family holiday hotel so if you are a family with young kids I think this is a great option. Swimming pool, kids play rooms and of course surrounded by golf and tennis theme parks, pickleball, trampolines.
However if traveling as a couple - it’s not a good choice as it is screaming kids every where from breakfast to the pool to the lobby going in and out of the hotel, can be painful.
Hotel condition is ok but a bit dated and old school. Not what I was expecting so a nice weekend yes but realise this hotel is targeted at a different demographic.
It's been a while since we last visited Mission Hills and it was such a nice surprise to find that there are just so many more things to do here now. The place is still beautiful and relaxing and the services remained professional and engaging as before.
With a quick ride on the free shuttle bus we got to this new shopping complex, MH Mall. Man, it had everything there. So many dining options, including our favourite, Haidilao hotpot. We walked around the mall and found some interesting places that our kids will definitely enjoy - giant ice rink, bowling, trampoline park, amusement games and even indoor horseback riding. It's crazy. It's just not something you can find in a HK shopping mall. We bought some nice cold drinks and took our friend's recommendation and walked to the nearby ecology park to try out their go-kart. The track was not that big but just as fun and thrilling, even the wife enjoyed it. They also had an indoor skiing slope and ice slides as well as an aquarium, which have all just been opened in the past few years. We can only imagine how tiring we'll get if the kids were here with us.
We took a stroll in the greenery that surrounds the entire Mission Hills at dusk. It's just nice to get away from the city and enjoy the sunset and the beauty of nature. It's now so easy to get here from HK with the MTR or high-speed rail. With the young ones being so active most of the time, weekend trips to Mission Hills may just become a regular thing for our household.
Hotel room floor was very dirty - I spilt some water on the floor and dried it with a tissue which was completely black. Pillow cases smelled of someone’s oily hair - house keeping likely didn’t change them so I had to request for clean pillow cases and change them myself. The bathroom smelled of puke. Would not stay here again.

They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.
The room is not clean. There are dead bugs in the bathtub, black mold on the airconditioner, the faucet leaks and the shower shoes are dirty! The tile is cracked in the bathroom.
