The staff from the moment we arrived felt very welcome until the second we left, only encountered one staff was rude when we asked how to get to a steak house, which is a shame. The facility is extremely well equipped. Definitely highly recommended

Anastasia

The hotel is very modern and well-designed, everything works perfectly! We liked the breakfast, very big choice of food. We also enjoyed afternoon tea from 2 to 4.30 ☺️ The staff at the reception and at the dining hall are super nice, friendly and helpful - they speak very good English and German. The view from lounge zone is awesome! We had the best experience staying in Shenzhen, thanks to Pagoda hotel team 😍

Excelente.
