サービスも良く、綺麗なホテルです。
受付の対応も良く、アップグレードもしていただき、大変サービスが良いです。朝食時に周りを見ると、宿泊客には外国人が多く、レストランスタッフにも英語で会話ができました。近くにはマクドナルドもあり、軽食を取るにも便利です。

Only there one night for meeting
I came in on a solo visit for a meeting with local company. The hotel was very nice and clean. The AC did work well which is important for a visit in June. Hotel has a 2pm checkout which is great for the morning meeting then lunch before checking out and having to manage luggage. Location is 1 hr drive from Shenzhen airport with no traffic. More than 1-1/2 with traffic. Would have been good to have more info available for specific local events and attractions at check in. Or maybe there was nothing happening here on a Wednesday night.

The ONLY place to stay in Longgang!
This was my second stay at the Rivan Hotel. My first stay was almost 4 weeks, so to stay again should tell you the facility is great. The staff from the maids up to and including the managers all made my stay very pleasant. The hotel has a nice restaurant on the top floor as well as a VERY good Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. This trip I experienced the Tea House (thanks Kevin). Oh, and when you just need a taste of home, there is a McDonald's across the street.
