The area the pool was in was a bit humid, but to be expected. If you’re a light sleeper, ask not to be near the ice machine. Was not an issue for me, but I could see it being an issue for some. The restaurant/bar on site was uncomfortably warm, we refused to eat there is was so warm with no fans for air circulation. Happily we found something to eat elsewhere. Would stay there again though.

Run down, didn’t find it very safe. Had to go to another building across the street for ice. Customer service was lacking. When i walked in no eye contact, no hello, no hold on. She did something for 5mins before sje even acknowledged me. Ill never stay there again.

This property is in dire need of a refurbishment/remodel. It is very outdated and the room did not have a clean look. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets and towels looked clean but were worn and old. We stayed for 2 nights. They did not come to make beds or change towels on second day. I had to contact the front desk for fresh towels and I was told to come down and get some. Carpet did not look clean. Pool area had trash laying around. There were not any clean towels in the pool area.

I called Sheridan's BW before making reservation re: Accessibility and my mother needing walk-in, yes she could with her limited walking ability. No more requirements were mentioned. We ended up with a tall tub, dirty grout in a room without any windows to daylight across the busy street from breakfast. It was totally unacceptable. We cancelled that day and found other accommodations. It was a three night stay and after repeated calls they refused to refund any of the $500 cost. The hotel we found said they get similar complaints from customers of BW's poor customer service. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE Housekeeping very friendly, staff at the desk, consistently save one, rude.

Close to food choices, older style hotel
Comfortable, older style with both doors that access outside and the hall for pets. They didn’t advertise the pet fee until I arrived and then too late to cancel. Others don’t add fees. Close to lots of food choices.

Our room was dirty and there was no blanket on the bed, no soaps, no bath mat, only a couple of towels. Overall it was disgusting, we spent one night and checked out the next morning, we had booked it for 3 nights.

A fifty year old motel which looks as if its not been updated in those fifty years. The smell in the hallways is dreadful

Very nice hotel
We wanted the ability to walk around downtown and not drive anywhere. The hotel was perfect for this. Loved being on the top floor and having the vaulted ceilings. Made the room feel very spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Special shout out to our bartender from Alaska. She was very nice to visit with. We really enjoyed her company

After being greeted by a male staff at check in, he then turned to a lady staff member and argued that he didn’t program another guest keys incorrectly. This went on for about 5 minutes, was not my business and should have never been covered in front of me or the guest in line behind me.
