Ich war 5 Nächte da und habe kein Personal gesehen. Toilettenpapier wurde leider auch nicht nachgefüllt."

"Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV.
Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help.

"Really nice hotel. Nice welcome on arrival and small activity packs for the children. Good location for the river and chocolate museum and not too far to walk to the central area of the city (about 20 minutes). We stayed here for 4 nights in a heat wave (+35c), and the room stayed comfortable with the cooling/ventilation running. Ate one evening in the hotel restaurant - food was good. Great selection at breakfast. Would recommend!"
