"I came into town for a family emergency. That staff was caring and compassionate and so incredibly helpful. We had only booked 2 nights originally not knowing what was going to happen. We ended up staying over a week and they were so helpful getting us moved around. The facility is warm and inviting and the rooms were clean and organized. They had everything we needed. We will back to stay again very soon."

"Check in was seamless, staff was able to assist me with merging my reservations so I didn’t have to check in and out of my room. Very accommodating and helpful with showing us around the property and how to navigate the keyless entries. Room was very spacious and clean. Room provided more than enough space for 2 people. I appreciate the comfy beds, enough towels, storage space and the size of the mirror and countertop space in the bathroom. Few things that needed improvements but again very minutia compared to what we experienced during the entire stay. The model of the shower was impractical, the partial swinging door and that we were unable to adjust the flow from the actual shower head could easily get water outside of the shower and soak the mats. I can’t imagine having kids use this shower without making it a pool. The blinds in the bedroom and living room could not retract or detract. We couldn’t use the black out blinds on the mornings when we wanted to sleep in late. Need to include instructions to use the AC unit!! We didn’t like how the AC automatically adjusted throughout the day/night. We wanted to keep it below 70 and mind you the week we stayed the weather in Vegas was in the 90s. We like our inside temperature cold, especially when outside was so hot and being out all day. Another suggestion that the room should include a full length mirror, I’m sure women staying at this property would appreciate this! Overall,property was great I would stay again"
