Issues included voltage problems, insufficient air conditioning, no properly installed in-room safe, and two occasions without electricity and water. Some staff members were kind, but the property needs stronger operational standards and better basic hospitality to match its potential."

"Clean room, decent included breakfast, convenient shuttle from the airport, just keep in mind it's offered every hour at the hour and it's when it takes off from the hotel not the time you will get picked up, so consider an extra 10 to 15 minutes from the time you schedule it."
