여자끼리 밤에 다니기엔 좀 위험할 수 있어요. 혼자가진 마세요. 엠알티에서 십분정도 걸어야하는것 빼고 다른건 다 대만족입니다.

혼자쓰기에는 최적인듯
위치는 버스이동가능하며 전철까지 걸어서 15분정도걸림. 호텔은 비용대비 만족합니다. 조식뷔페도 한국인입맛에 딱인것들로만 잘나오고구요. 주변에 편의점 음식점도 있어 편리합니다. 다만 제가 사용한 방은 샤워기수압이 조금약해 아쉬웠습니다

이 호텔을 최대한 객관적으로 평가하자면 굉장히 좋았습니다. 호텔이 파러파크역에서 도보 10~13분, 라벤더역에서 도보 7~10분 정도 거리에 위치하고 있어 관광 명소 어디를 가더라도 환승없이 거의 한 번에 갈 수 있었습니다. 또한 다른 사람들이 작성한 블로그 글에서 직원이 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않다고 하였는데, 제가 느끼기에는 굉장히 친절하다고 느꼈습니다. 첫날에는 데스크에 있는 직원분이 직접 관광지를 추천해주었습니다. 그리고 매일 매일 방을 청소해주시는 분들이 있어 나갔다 올 때마다 깨끗하였고, 주변이 그렇게 한적한 곳이 아니었기에 안전하다는 느낌도 받았습니다.(그렇다고 시끄럽지도 않습니다.) 저는 4박 5일을 묵었는데 그 동안 느낀 단점이 있다면, 아침에 새들이 운다는 것입니다. 매일 울지는 않았지만 한 2일 정도는 아침에 새들이 울어 한 번 정도는 아침에 깨게 됩니다.(약 8시 정도) 그 소리가 소음일 정도로 짜증나지는 않았지만 소리에 민감하신 분들은 단점이 될 것 같습니다. 참고로 이 호텔에는 한국 직원이 없습니다.(2015년 2월 기준)

The back of the door and carpet is so dirty that I can see the dirt from the corner of the room. Aircon is so dusty and the wall all is not furnished well

Disappointing stay!
Pros: Room was decent size enough for 1 pax. Basic necessities were provided. Cleanliness done by the housekeeping team on a daily basis was meeting expectation. Cons: First entry into the room with musky smell originating from the toilet. The small ventilation fan and wet soaked bath curtains were the reason. Since this is a single bed, the layout of this type in this hotel are just beside the lifts. You’ll hear the working mechanism sound of the lifts going up and down until the late night and beyond. The layout and design of this is simply not reasonable and purely for the sake of maximising the room capacity for profit. Any request for a room change will be an upgrade and a small fee for each night will be imposed. Ridiculous. The aircon is wacky. When you’re set the speed and temperature, it gets cold but after a long time, it will just operate in economical mode or power saver mode making the room stuffy and warm again. Readjustment again seems to do the trick but it’s annoying.

ok for a short stay
Hotel staff, especially Peter and David on a night were lovely and really helpful, helped move us rooms and helped find a missing item we had left. Overall, it was ok for a quick trip to Singapore as the place Is so expensive anyway - its a quick walk to the city mall and a quick walk to the train station. However, we found that the rooms were outdated, single glazing glass meant you could hear everything from birds to builders at 5am. Unfortunately we left the room each morning covered in bug bites and the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on. Also other hotel goers were incredibly rude and would shout outside their rooms from am to 12am daily - obviously the hotel and staff are not at fault. However, it is a basic, budget hotel and it is in a convenient location, for a quick one or two night stay it is ok.

Une chambre réservée pour 3 ado s'est avérée être une chambre avec 2 lits simples. Pas de lit ajouté. On nous a proposé de coller les 2 lits pour qu'ils dorment tous ensemble. Les salles de bain nécessitent une rénovation. Le personnel est agréable. La proximité avec la principale ligne de métro (MRT bleu) pour rejoindre tous les lieux touristique est pratique.

Too loud. People in other rooms were keep slamming the doors and constantly talking to each other loudly until 2 am in the morning. Finally I had to call the receptionist to tell them to be quit.

コスパの良いホテル
市内中心部から少し離れていますが地下鉄が2駅利用でき、不便は感じませんでした。室内は清潔感あり良かったですが、シャワーは気をつけて使わないとトイレ側まで濡れます。少々早めの時間に到着したのですが部屋が空いていてチェックインさせてもらいました。ありがとうございました。

Quality and Affordable!
It was my first time staying at the Aqueen Lavender and it was the best place I could possibly have stayed in for my budget. As a solo traveler, the room was appropriately sized and I stayed in full comfort. Housekeeping service was excellent! One of the best aspects was the location: less than 5 minute walking distance to Bendemeer MRT station (Downtown Line), Lavender MRT, and various bus stations, all of which connected me quite quickly to the tourist attraction spots and the CBD area. This hotel is as centrally located as you can get! Very easy for first-time visitors to Singapore who want to stay closer to central. All the staff members were very friendly and assisted me as best possible, whether it was directions, special needs, etc. Maximum score for me! Thank you, Aqueen Lavender!

I can't expect too much out of a reasonable price. The interiors were outdated and some corners of the room that may not be always apparent to the housekeeping were taken for granted (in short it was a little dirty but not completely). Nevertheless, it was alright for a one night stay.

快適に過ごしました。
空港から1回の乗り換えで簡単に行くことができ、ベンデミール駅からも近いのでキャリーがあっても苦労することなく行けました。少し歩けばAperiaという小さなショッピングモール？があり、スーパーやスタバ、カヤトースト、室内ホーカーのような飲食店があり、食事やホテルで飲むビール、お土産になるお菓子などそこで調達できました。 シンガポール自体がとても湿度が高いので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、部屋に入ると少し湿気っぽくエアコンつけても若干のカビっぽさがあったように思います。数日の滞在で慣れましたが、初日は気になりました。 ホテルのスタッフは皆さんとてもにこやかで、帰ってくると、今日は楽しく過ごせましたか？と挨拶してくださいました。 お水も1日2本ずつ補充してくれます。 リネン類は嫌なニオイ等、汚れはなかったですが、バスタオルの端がボロボロとほつれているものもあり、年季の入ったバスタオルでした笑 歯ブラシ、固形石鹸、お風呂場には備え付けの謎の青いシャワージェルみたいなものしかないので、最低限のものは持参することをお勧めします。 シャワーも問題なく快適に使えました！ 行く前は部屋の割に高いな…？と思ってしまいましたが、シンガポールの物価でこの清潔さ、設備、不便なく泊まれたのなら良かったかな？と思います。

Budget stay for business travel.
This is a good hotel for value of money. I traveled for business purposes and found the room to be very small. When I upgraded to the King bed room the space was not an issue. Internet speed is very good. Manage your breakfast time appropriately. Breakfast choice is limited but very well prepared. Service is excellent. The best part is the area based restaurants and hawker stalls. All great quality food.

Très bon emplacement- près du métro et l'arrêt d'autobus. pas d'information complète donné pour la chambre, pas de service pour apporter les valises dans la chambre. personnel souriant. chambre petite mais ok- a renover. la bouilloire coulait, on a demander de la remplacer.

Disappointing
Tried this hotel to stay for 3 days although this hotel receive some negative reviews. And yes this hotel have quite strategic location between BENDEMEER MRT Station and Lavender Station. But still this need more improvement, the staff is quite good, but the hotel is not ok, the room size is quite small compared other hotels on more cheaper price. And worse is the space for showers is very narrow, I'm not comfortable. And the wifi always disconnected.

rude housekeeping staff and hardest bed.
bed was really bed, they got the hardest bed ever and our backs were left painful after 4 nights here. housekeeping staff were really rude, demanding us to show them our card key once we entered the lift, and then they gossip loudly in the lift about their colleagues.
