“We had a family room for four people. Very spacious with three single beds and a double sofa. Plenty of space to move around. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus and free bottled water. We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold. Walk in shower with body wash and hair wash was another bonus too.
We had breakfast which was ok, nothing special.
We paid 15 euros per day for the parking.
Location was perfect with the town centre few minutes walk away with lots of cafes, shops and market on...

“when I checked into my room at 5pm, all was fine. then I went into Ghent (lovely city) for the evening. when I got back a little after 11pm there was no power/lights in my room. and no staff to help!
there was book on the desk in my room with hotel policies etc, but it was horribly outdated as it said to dial the front desk if one had any questions, but of course there are no longer any internal phones in the hotel. the next morning there was finally front desk staff, but they were incompetent...

“Beautiful building but studenty type accommodation. Practical but not very
cosy room. Restaurant and roof terrace was closed on our trip. Also important to know that they withdraw a lump sum out of your bank and hold as a deposit which was strange as no mini bar in room.”
