"The remodeled room was very clean and the view of the ocean from both the bed and the balcony was top notch. We would definitely stay here again. This was a last minute booking and we are happy we found them! Being able to see and hear the ocean from the bed is very important to me as well as the ability to sit on the balcony and watch the waves."

"We really enjoyed our last minute stay. We were arriving after the office closed. Office was so helpful. Late night check in was so simple. Very friendly. The room is older but very, very clean. Beautiful beachfront view too! We will be back!"

"The room was as it appeared online. It was clean, spacious and well furnished for 2 people. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. The shower was hot both days. The issues to note are that the room is advertised as being wheelchair accessible and there is no elevator. It is stair access only and on the third floor. There was no water in the Keurig machine to make coffee. And there were no parking spots available in the lot. We parked on the street in front of the building which was ok because it's not a busy street, but that should be communicated to travelers. The freezer in the mini fridge was frosted over and the fridge was cool but not cold. We didn't use the pool or have breakfast on site."

"The location is fantastic! Every room is ocean view. The rooms aren't terrible, maybe a little outdated, but very comfortable and clean. We had a problem with a slow draining shower, but they took care of it. The room comes with a fridge and microwave. Don't go the restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast. The food would have been fine and the waitress was friendly, but they were really slow in taking our order and getting the food out and they were not very busy. If we didn't ask for a later check out, we would not have been able to check out in time. There are probably better places in town for breakfast."
