"The room and facilities were nice. It was a bit noisy at night from other guests banging their entry doors."

"I adore this hotel/lodge. The vibe is southwest/Native American and very cool. The artist's rooms are a special treat. I especially love the indoor/outdoor pool and communal area outside. BUT...the last two visits we were unable to use the pool/hot tub due to large families having parties. Children were doing cannonballs in the hot tub while adults were drinking and oblivious. The pool had so many adolescents playing Marco Polo that it would have been impossible to swim. The noise level from screeching pre-teens was ridiculous as they chased and pushed each other in the pool. The noise was amplified as it bounced off the hard surfaces. I'm not a Debbie Downer. They're just kids having a good time. But there was party food everywhere; hot dogs, potato chips, sodas and a large amount of mustard spilled all over the floor. I'm wondering where the hotel management is? All that was needed was a mild intervention and everyone could have continued enjoying the area together. Other couples entered the area and then left after observing the chaos. We stuck it out as long as we could...but got splashed too many times. I could have complained but then I would have been the mean old lady. I'll miss the cool vibe of the place, it has been a wonderful experience in the past, but not now."

"If you want to sleep on other people's bodily fluids by all means book here. Blood and pee on matress and comforter. Floors weren't mopped. Boogers and gunk all over headboard and walls and mirror. Gunj inside the drawers. TV or anything for that matter was not dusted. The list goes on and on. Manager was rude refused to even look at the pictures of everything wrong. They will not refund you. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. This place was purely and utterly disgusting! Ive stayed in hole and wall motels and those were even better then here. Worst experience of my life. On top of that took over 4 hours to get in a room from booking. This was a nightmare experience all around. I attached some photos the thread doesn't allow me to add them all but there is way more so trust me when I say you will want to go elsewhere."
