"Staff were super helpful; the room was very clean and comfy; the breakfast - even though it was not included in our stay - was excellent. We paid $20 each for an “all-you-can-eat” continental breakfast that was truly delicious - it included coffee, juice, bagels, mini muffins, toast, fresh fruits, waffles, home fries (roasted potatoes), the best scrambled eggs with melted cheese I’ve had in a hotel setting - yummy, delicious bacon, sausage patties, rolls and more. We would have loved to have stayed another night just to try their dinners and drinks, but we were there just for the night to attend a concert at PNC. When you 1st walk into the hotel, the aroma in the air is captivating, it’s a fragrance of calmness, like a spa.. and to the left - is a beautiful chrystal fireplace that compliments the warm setting. Our room was much bigger than we anticipated and very clean. The only 2 downfalls, were that the water pressure in the shower was not very good, we were on the 5th floor so not sure if that was the reason & in the shower the bottled soap dispenser was broken, so we didn’t have soap but the shampoo & conditioner dispensers were fine. Oh, the elevator is very slow, so if you’re in a hurry - either take the stairs or be very patient. We would definitely stay here again, if we’re in the area, the value was definitely worth the stay, close to a lot of places, staff were excellent, delicious food, big rooms & free parking on site - why go anywhere else. 😊"

"The breakfast is amazing, the cleaning is amazing, showers and bath and all other things were great, very pleased, it was really quiet for the most part, will be coming back again and very happy! Parking was good, bar was super and the front desk were smiling and awesome, thanks for the good trip. Monday 09/14/2026 thru Thursday 09/17/2026, 4th floor."
