Отличный отель

Отличный отель. Останавливалась в 2018 году - понравилось очень. В этом году решила снова остановиться. Мне очень нравится расположение вил, комнаты очень уютные просторные, чистые - много света и зеркал)). Отличный бассейн - в этом году удалось и в открытом поплавать ! Хотя Погода была прохладная, но уют отеля на высоте ! Спасибо

Отель Арфа совсем не подходит для деловой поездки, но зато отлично подойдет для семейного отдыха или в компании друзей. Отель не оправдывает своих звезд, сервис очень странный, персонал совсем не ориентирован на гостя. Хочется отметить проведение завтрака в отеле: сам завтрак отличный и очень вкусный, но он проходит в ресторане "Чайхона №1", где 1) маленькая посадка, даже в несезон нет свободных мест, вынуждены подсаживаться к посторонним людям; 2) нехватка приборов, чашек, очередь у кофемашины и т.п.; 3) банально неудобно сидеть! столы и сиденья для вечернего формата. В номер можно заказать еду, но нет меню, пришлось идти на ресепшен через всю территорию, от туда отправили в ресторан. Почему-то в номере станция для чая и кофе стоит на подставке для багажа. Зато очень хорошая косметика в номере, это было приятно. В СПА придется идти с халатом и полотенцем из номера, что тоже неудобно. Непродуманы указатели к виллам и подстветка бассейнов ночью. Я приехала ночью в дождь, до виллы меня не проводили, было сложно сориентироваться и можно было упасть в пустой бассейн перед виллой.

Мы заселялись ночью, был сильный дождь. Нам просто выдали ключи и и не проводили. Номера вилл не видно в темноте, поэтому мы не смогли найти их самостоятельно. Завтрак отличный и вкусный. Но мест для всех не хватает. На кухне в самой вилле очень странный набор посуды. Для того чтобы пойти в СПА нужно нести с собой весь набор ( полотенце, халат). На мой взгляд это странно и не очень удобно. Room service есть, но меню в номере нет. Персонал на ресепшен не знает размер бассейна.

Je suis fan de cet hôtel ! Ce sont des villas dans un joli îlot. Dans chaque villa il y a les chambres qui partagent un salon/cuisine ainsi qu'une piscine commune à la villa, ce qui crée une ambiance chaleureuse. Les chambres sont parfaites en tout point. Compris dans le prix : piscine extérieure et intérieure avec toboggan, hammam, sauna, salle de sport. Le restaurant (qui a été refait) donne sur la mer et la terrasse est très agréable.

Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, понимающий... В коттедже с нами проживали излишне веселые молодые люди.. - во избежании конфликта и иных моментов, Администрация переложила другой номер... что не скажешь о персонале ресторана, ходят с грустными лицами, как после спячки...

Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Strand mit eigenem Bereich. Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dreckiger Teppich, abgeschlage Kanten überall, Schimmelbildung...siehe Bilder!! Preis- Leistung passt nicht!!

Excellent beach front hotel, beautiful area with seaside walking and biking concrete/stone paths, great beachfront bars with huge tv screen. Very close to Olympic Park and soccer stadium. In Adler about 45 minutes from Sochi. Beach is rocky but fun. Great variety on food menu. Hotel rooms in several modern and separate 3 level houses.

Great concept and across the street from the beach

You will get acces to one room in a small three floor building with shared kitchen, pool and living areas. Impecable rooms with all the amenities and one of the best restaurants/bars on this side of the boardwalk.

The hotel is nice, people is kind, but the restaurant sells no alcohol, only bear. The rooms have no king beds and in the reservation it appeared with one.

Отель заявляет что у них в каждом номере большая кровать, но на самом деле это ложная информация и все кровати 160см. Крайне неудобно спать вдвоём. Персонал откатался решать данную проблему и у нас был испорчен отдых.

Чудесный отель с собственным ухоженным парком. Море слышно и видно из коттеджа. Комфортный, чистый. Все, что необходимо для отдых и работы, в отеле есть - тишина и интернет, отличная постель и полный сервисный набор ванной комнаты. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Один из лучших 5-звездочных отелей Адлера и большого Сочи.

Ноябрь в Адлере.

Хорошее место. Большой номер. Имеется полностью оборудованная кухня. Территория чистая, тихая и зелёная. Отдыхали в ноябре, народу мало. Бассей при вилле уже был слит. Но в главном корпусе работает подогреваемый бассейн. Имеется сауна и хаммам.

Отель, куда мы возвращаемся

Мы отдыхали в Арфе в ноябре 2017г. Были здесь уже в третий раз. Прекрасный вариант для короткого отдыха. Красивая территория, ухоженный сад, есть парковка. Море прямо под ногами. Сервируется отличный, разнообразный завтрак. В отеле есть крытый бассейн, сауна, хамам и тренажерный зал. Персонал на ресепшн приветливый, у многих даже есть чувство юмора. В целом все отлично. Спасибо, приедем еще.

Extremely sharp edges on bed, poor customer servic

We stayed here with a family. Our grandma scratched her leg on the sharp edge of the bed, so bad that she went to stay at the hospital for two days. The beds at the hotel have extremly sharp edges, that I've never seen in any hotel that I stayed. This is totally unsafe for children or elderly, even adults. The way that the staff handled the problem was very poor, there is no even first aid kit at the hotel ! Which I found shocking. Overall, breakfast could do with improvement. Staff is not professional at all. Beautiful complex though, and I like the overall concept. However, I'd go to neighbouring Radisson instead next time.

Отдыхали в этом замечательном отеле с 17-27 августа 2017. Отличное месторасположение, отель соответствует своей категории, отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо Сергею с отдела размещения и Тамерлану. Ребята оперативно реагировали на возникающие в вопросы, показали и достойно представили отель. Вилла с бассейном и зоной отдыха для проживающих в ней. Всегда чисто. Девушка, к сожалению не запомнила ее имени, убирала виллу 2.1 - молодец! Номер современный, комфортный, уютный. Завтраки в ресторане вкусные и разнообразные, пусть даже меню каждый день одно и тоже, но есть из чего выбрать. На завтрак есть шампанское- вполне даже ничего! Голова не болела:) Ужинали также в ресторане отеля- вкусно! Пляж пусть и городской, но выделено специальное место с лежаками и тентом для отдыхающих Парк отеля "Арфа" тоже всегда убирают и чисто. Обязательно рекомендую этот отель своим друзьям и сама вернусь снова. Благодарю!

Виллы прямо у моря посреди парка - отличная идея!

Первая линия, потрясающий вид на море и бурную растительность парк-отеля. Проживание именно в виллах, что особенно порадовало! У каждой виллы есть отдельный бассейн, кухня, гостиная. В СПА-комплексе есть довольно быстрая горка, а также две сауны и тренажерный зал. Рекомендую посетить ресторан Аркадия Новикова "5642 Высота", который находится по соседству.
