Upon arrival, a staff member showed us all around the property, explaining what to expect if swimming, snorkeling, or kayaking, where to get refreshments, what to know about our bungalow and how to order breakfast. They offered to make reservations for us at various restaurants, and explained the procedure for laundry. We ordered breakfast and it was amazing!!
