"Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. "

"Good time always at Lake Tahoe! Location is great as you can walk to most anything, places to eat, lake, casinos and much more. We have stayed at Three Peeks many times and always enjoy it."
"Loved the location! As far as our room…very old and dated. Smelled like old dirty socks. The bed was not comfortable at all. Sunk to the middle. Furniture very dated and not comfortable to sit in for very long. But like I said, the location was perfect!"

The towels are okay but if you stay in hotels a lot like I do, you know they don't use softener due to people having allergies. The sheets are fresh and always clean. The water pressure is good too.
