Everything was perfect, the sea was amazing especially for snorkeling lovers, pool and aqua park were clean, rooms were wide, housekeeping and room service were excellent, the animation team was lovely and everyday a new show, the reception men were polite and respectful

Jaz Belvedere completely restored my faith in what a resort can be. From the moment I arrived, everything just *worked*โsmooth check-in, clean and modern room, perfect A/C, and a view that reminded me why I came to Sharm in the first place.
The food was far better than expected for an all-inclusive. Real variety, actual flavor, and enough rotation to keep things interesting all week. Even the coffee and desserts were decent, which is rare at resorts.

โThe resturant at the Beach side is the best and all the guys working there are awesome. Canโt remember there names. But the hotel need more entertainment like party, music in the night and party by the beach. There is a lack of experience among the Reception staff. The service around the hotel at the beach side is very poor even Turkish coffee served only at one restaurant at mountain side.โ
โI have been staying at Umbi since 2008 and itโs still my fav. Place in Sharm El Sheik. Authentic, low key, clean and with the most beautiful sea, corals and fishes right at your doorstep. Nevertheless itโs sad to see a massive harbor is being built and it will destroy this natural paradise! Letโs collect firms and stop it! โ
