“Generally very nice hotel. Enjoyed breakfast at the yard. Not sure about friendly much, but location is very centered!”

“Very neat hotel with a bed & breakfast vibe in a beautiful and quaint town. The views from the breakfast balcony were some of the best in Mallorca!”

“Location Stunning right in front of cathederal amazing roof top terrace”

“Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall.”

“We had the upstairs room and there was no air conditioning. The room was close to 40 degrees Celsius and the fan they gave us barely did anything. We were sweating all night long and the walls are so thick, the windows so small that it barely cooled down all night. It might be the worst hotel experience I have ever had.”

“The directions to get in were good. Parking nearby is impossible so we dropped off our luggage and my wife stayed with the luggage while I went and parked in the white lines for the 2 days we were there. Don’t park in the green as they are for residents only. The blue you have to pay every two hours I believe. The mini fridge was a bit loud to sleep with. The hot water in the shower runs it after 5-6 minutes. And there were little ants in our room. Nothing crazy. Bed was comfy and the...

“The location was perfect. Steps away from the main part of town and the tram. The apartment was so zen and had spectacular views from every window. It was well maintained and spacious. Parking was a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel-something you should reserve before your arrival.”

“Noise outside and no ventilation in the room. No glass and no way to bois water. Too expansive for what it is.”

“The parking lot was small so parking was a little difficult. After checking in and entering the room, the veranda glass was broken and there was half of the water in the refrigerator that someone had eaten. It was so uncomfortable. It was also not organized well. I didn't use the veranda because I was worried that the veranda glass would break more during my stay. I had high expectations for this hotel when I booked it, but my first impression was not good and the staff who handled it were not...
