The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. We walked everywhere. The town center is about an 8 to 10 minute walk.

I really liked this place, very close to everything and very comfortable, very safe and pleasant, the views from my room was wonderful and from the top of the building too, this place it’s perfect close to the central terminal you can go to the all amalfi coast from there and just 7 min walking to the center of Sorrento that was really beautiful and safe too in any hours I stay in exactly place omg and can explain because was really awesome

Outstanding place.. v neat and clean. Location is excellence, just 10 mins away from the main station and close and walkable to many attractions! LOVED IT! Rooms were very very clean! Breakfast was great as well. Sorrento was a v nice city and hub to go to Amalfi and Capri as well!.. We had geeat time!

Very close to trains/buses/city center. Walking distance to everything. From the moment we entered the lobby we were greeted by a kind lady who helped us check in and spoke to us about the area. She was very informative and told us the times of breakfast/dinner and other details. Hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming and kind. They answered all our questions gave us a map of the area and we figured out our way around. The room was clean, shower and bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great. We didn't have any meals at the hotel so i can't comment. Room had a balcony with a table and chairs.Towels were changed daily, rooms were cleaned daily. Absolutely stunning view of the ocean and volcano from our room. Rooftop was beautiful, nice sitting area lots of places to sit and cool down after the beach. There was also a shower on the roof. If I ever visit Sorrento in the future this will be my hotel of choice!

The only thing we didn’t like that hotel doesn’t provide good transfer to airport, their choices are poor and expensive

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, bom atendimento e a vista do terraço para o mar é incrível. Só falta um bar no terraço mas podemos levar nossa bebida. Estacionamento caro por 30 euros a diária e café da manhã muito fraco.

Located a little away from the main touristy areas so it was very quiet. Sorrento is very walkable however so it is still a short walk to the train station, port, beaches and shopping and dining areas. Property was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a full buffet breakfast with fruit, cereal, eggs, and sweets. It has a lovely rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.

The room was clean and a good location. Just little things, like you only get one key . There is a safe in the room but you have to leave a $50 deposit and have to carry around a big key . The toilet paper was horrible , just surprising as it wasn’t a cheap hotel . Some of the staff was wonderful, some just ok , like anyplace though . I would stay again ( just bring my own toilet paper ) 😂

Great Little Hotel
Nothing really to say other than great little hotel . Clean with a good location , friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast ( we didnt have evening meal) Having to book breakfast time is seen by some as an issue , but it works , gives you plenty ov tine to eat and start day off

Location was great , short walk to trajn bus and piazza where all shops and restaurants are. Lovely area. Lemon orchard opposite. Staff super friendly. Free upgrade to balcony room with a view of mount vesuvius. . Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast hot and cold food. Loved my stay. Weather not great for end of April. Very cold in evenings

The view from the balcony was fantastic. A lemon tree, orchard, and the Gulf of Naples. We did not eat at the hotel as there were so many wonderful eating options within a short walking distance of the hotel. The desk staff were helpful.

Maids will throw away your personal stuff. Store them well! Elevator is not working properly and extremely slow. Room is very cold and asked for blankets but never delivered. Breakfast is 15 euro per person, but very disappointing. If you have other choices please do not choose this one!

Good morning from the Hotel La Meridiana, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay at our. Structure.You booked 30/03/2023 a standard room without breakfast not refoundable with a best price and 31/03/2023 you have been sent a confirmation email specifying all the services not included in your rate. Instead you were assigned with upgrade at no additional cost a balcony room, we understand that you asked to use breakfast for free but this was not granted.About the the blankets in addition are located in the closet which the night porter told you.Finally, with regard to her documents, the receptionists remember very well, that you after check-out requested to be able to return to the room because you did not find them and to check, we also asked the maids at the moment but probably, if you lost them, which is not clear, it is not at our structure, because they were not found by us and our Staff is always attentive and precise and has no interest in leaving the customer unsatisfied.We advise you when you make a reservation to check well the services you buy, because looking only at the price is not appropriate for the success of a holiday.Best regards
