C'est une critique très désagréable. La journée était pluvieuse et humide et se plaignait de l'humidité. J'ai proposé un déshyumidificateur, mais tu as dit non. Nous ne vous avons pas facturé un centime et avons nettoyé toutes les ordures que vous avez laissées après avoir passé environ 20 minutes ici. C'était une journée grise et pluvieuse et vous vous êtes présenté de mauvaise humeur.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Had you raised these points with us when you were here we would have gladly given you a refund.I am sorry with your experience with the pool, but at the time of your visit it was closed for maintenance. We were having a new sand filter installed due to the failure of the old one. With no properly working sand filter it is not possible to vacuum the pool. The new sand filter is installed and working well. If you had asked us about the pool I would have explained the situation to you. The pool is now cleaned properly. Unfortunately this happened during your stay with us.We maybe short staffed, but we have no problems dealing with the concerns of our guests. Again if you had approached us with any of your concerns while your were staying with us for two days we could have dealt with it at the appropriate time.

HelloThank you for the review. Yes we serve our continental breakfast in a paper bag. We started doing it due to COVID regulations and decided to continue it afterwards as it seems to work well. We find that lots of guest wish to get out on the road quick and this allowed a quick way to pass out the continental breakfasts without much fuss or wait time. The continental breakfasts contain a bagel with spreads and a coffee. If guests wish to toast the bagel there is a bagel toaster in the breakfast area. If people are not in a rush and wish to sit down in the breakfast area to eat that is totally fine and there are enough tables and chairs laid out to carter to a full house.

Dear Anonymous, this is a very harsh assessment. It is true that the place is not newly build, but many things have been updated. You have slept on newly purchased beds and watched, if you did, tv on newly purchased units just ti name a few other things that have been updated in your room. Trust the rest of your holiday was more to your liking.
