“All good except I would have liked a coffee pot in the room because I got up early to watch the beautiful sunrise and had to wait 2 hours for a hot drink when the office opened. Also I would have liked hand rails on the steps.”

“Very disappointing stay at Best Western Alamosa Inn. We checked in after 8:00 PM after spending the day at Great Sand Dunes National Park, only to find multiple issues with our room: the bathroom sink was completely unusable because the stopper was stuck closed, the shower body wash and conditioner dispensers were empty, and the hair dryer did not work and contained broken glass. I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues. We reported the problems immediately. After waiting over...

“We arrived very late at midnight. Able to get keys but when we entered the room, it was full of stinky smell, bed was dirty with lots of spots , chairs were dirty , towels were dirty , window blinds was broken. Another room was full of smoking smell , can’t able to stay for long , had to leave in midnight to find the better place.”
