“Nice 4 star hotel. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Had some trouble finding our reservation upon check in and again at breakfast. It was finally rectified. Breakfast was included and was very good. The restaurant has a very special view of both the river and the ocean. Service was generally welcoming except for delayed checkin because our reservation was not easily found in their system. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. ”

“The owners, Carol and Denis, were just fabulous! So courteous and accommodating. They welcomed us in like we were family and not guests. The location was clean and quiet and warm in a cozy way. I loved the 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, the gorgeous antiques, and the hominess. Even the house itself invited you in! And the breakfast? Fantastic!! So fresh and delicious and huge! I was stuffed every morning! The only issue was the parking was a bear trying to get in and out of safely....
