"The property is located in the heart of McGregor Square, surrounded by amazing food options and within walking distance to the baseball stadium and several high-end restaurants. The area was full of life—perfect for a family vacation. While there was a mix-up with my room reservation initially (we were given a penthouse with a partial kitchenette instead of a full one), the staff handled it well. They corrected the error and even refunded one night’s stay. Special thanks to James, the manager—he’s a wonderful person who went out of his way to make sure my picky eater was comfortable despite the kitchenette issue."

"The property is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I was in a handicapped room which was beautiful, clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could have been better were their breakfast options."
