"We loved our stay at The Curtis. Celebrating our anniversary, we arranged for a quick 1-night stay in downtown Denver for dinner and a Rockies game. We were not disappointed with the unique atmosphere and playful spirit about the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, we had a great view of the Rocky Mountains. We got large bottles of water, extra coffee when requested, and fresh cookies! We enjoyed the The Corner Office for drinks and brunch the next morning. Overall a great time, we will definitely be back. "

"The rooms aren't bad but the area can be a bit rough... Don't expect to sleep with the homeless wailing in terror at some unseen tragedy. Don't expect to use the mini fridge if you want to sleep. It makes a cherp/click sound every 30 sec and buzzes the rest of the time. (Definitely the mini fridge and not the smoke detector) If you're thinking it's a one off, it's not as they replaced it while I was here and the new one did the same. Unplug it if you want to sleep. In a double room, the bathroom light doesn't have a dedicated switch for the vanity, so if you need to use it at night/shower in the am, you have to blast the room with light so you can see. It has a fan, but the fan doesn't work. One of the lamps didn't work. The beds aren't particularly comfortable and the standard room has full beds, not queens. Construction is currently ongoing so check in early and don't leave with your car or you won't have a place to park and waste the 15 dollar parking fee. Overall, if there's an alternative place to stay, take it. It's convenient location for shows is the only real upside."

"Tiny rooms. I have seen bigger Walk-In closets. There literally is not enough for him to have your suitcase open and walk around in the room. The rooms are pretty. The hotel is really beautiful. If you don't want to pay $65 a night to to valet Park, there are two parking lots real close. I probably would not stay at this hotel again even though it's pretty just because the rooms are so small. "
