깔끔하고 편안한 숙소
방에 주방시설이 돼있어서 편안했습니다. 청소 상태도 깔끔하였습니다. 다만 1층이라 그런지 개미가 좀 있었습니다. 고객용 세탁실이 있었는데 COVID때문인지 로비에서 동전을 바꿔주지 못한다 해서 조금 불편했습니다. 세탁을 원하는 고객은 동전을 챙겨가야 할 것 같습니다.

i was a little skeptical when booked , but it met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. I definitely will be back!

There was major construction going on right under my room #510 MAJOR. Saw blades at 8:00am!! They gave no warning about this just let us book a vacation with saw blades as your 8am wake up call! The soap in the shower was already opened and used. The hand towels at the sink were down and used. The bathtub leaked and ran ALL NIGHT LONG. There was a dirty condom wrapper in the trash can that my 10 year old daughter ask “mommy what’s that”. Che k out is at 11:00am. At 10:50 am a man pounded on our room door as if there was a fire scared me and my child then said “oops sorry” when I answered the door. The front seat lady was a nightmare her name is Uly or Ulie and at first refused to out me through to the manager. After a second phone call to Uly she finally put me through to the manager who said will be giving me a full refund and a room voture for a free visit in the future. The manager said I would be getting an email from her with the free room and that Expedia would be reaching out with my refund. Neither one has happened yet!! I have pictures and videos I can hopefully upload of the dirty room and. Token bath tub. I will update this review as soon as Expedia gets my refund.

Beautiful location, staff was great. My issue was the sliding door to the deck. The screen was off and leaning on the deck. It was nearly impossible open the slider and totally impossible to lock it after opening it.

The place is quaint and clean. Restaurants/eateries are in walking distance. I do recommend this place if you have kids as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great value except that the wifi does not work in the rooms. I was intending to work a but there and had to work in the lobby or by the pool, where the wifi worked but is not ideal. I go to Tahoe a few times a year and because of this, unfortunately, I won't return to this place. With the exception of one person, the staff was lovely and it is very dog friendly can clean.

Our room was clean and property location was awesome. Couple of things that were disappointing were that we got charged wrong by staff, almost $200 that we caught and had refunded as well as staff just not being professional. As check in was happening, manager or lead associate was off to the side laying down/sitting on pool table vaping while two new associates were doing check in. Associate that was helping us had to “get permission” to give us extra towels. Just kinda weird. Other than that, everything was good.

Our room was nice and clean. Only complain is people outstairs were just stomping around til about 1230am. And again at 6am. I would stay here again just ask for upstairs room

A bit weird. Place is nicely renovated but front desk staff are a bit rude and inflexible. There was a big fight overnight with some guests So it was hard to sleep. When I asked for an extension so I could catch up on sleep the next morning They said the maximum they would allow would be 30 extra minutes and then it would be $50 after that. Even though the hotel was not busy.

The chicken is so very slow. Circa 1985 with paperwork with two people in front of me it took nearly a half an hour of waiting.
