AVOID at all costs! This is, hands down, the worst โhotelโ we have ever stayed in. We booked the family room for a family of 5. Two of the beds werenโt made up and only 4 bath towels provided, no hand towels. The reception area is concrete, dark and depressing, the carpet was absolutely FILTHY - see photos of the carpet and window sills - and the breakfast was non-existent on our second day - no milk for the cereal, no coffee, no pastries , no yoghurts. My kids socks were black when they walked on the carpet or tiles without shoes. There were screws sticking up through the tiling strip on the floor, the shower head came off in my hand. To be fair - they fixed it within 15 minutes of being told of that - so thatโs the only good point of this hotel. If I could have found another hotel with vacancy I would have left immediately. I canโt believe these other reviews saying itโs fine????
