“Great !!”

“When I got to my room their was a big cockroach in the sink and a baby crawling on the floor.”

“When we first got there first desk staff were great then the 3 rd we had to evacuate bc a plumber hit a main line and flooded the whole place. We were with out power and water. They sent us to a sister hotel of theirs but they only could give us one night which was frustrating cause we still had 3 more days to stay we had to pay extra money to find another hotel so we had to move 3 hotels in one day it was a lot. I can’t for a refund for the last 3 night last we had hopefully we will get that...

“호텔 명성에 비해 아침이 그닥 별루임”

“N/A”

“The check- in service was great. Room wasn't what I was expecting, but it was a place to sleep and the staff that checked us in were very kind. Son did get a small metal piece of something in his foot in the pool twice. It may have been from the sand in the pool. It is a calm area. Could use some upgrades to kitchenettes, but over all not to bad”
