"I don't often leave reviews, so it takes a lot for something to be so bad for me to want to take the time. This place absolutely should not be rated as highly as it is by others. It was the reason I booked it. I knew my risk by booking a Super 8, but the reviews definitely gave false confidence. We immediately had to switch rooms because when we checked in, our first room had stains on the wall, bed skirt, and a terrible smell. Once we got into the new room, it seemed okay. The more time we spent, the more we noticed. The smell was horrible, not sure if it's the drains or what's under the carpet. More and more stains anywhere you looked. The remodel was very poorly done, laying carpet over the old carpet. The hair dryer literally started smoking when my wife used it and broke. Most of the stuff in there is older and just roughly updated. If I had to give this place a real star rating, it would be a 6.5. And I wouldn't have booked it. If you do book, don't expect an 8 or higher. This is a cheap hotel with a cheap remodel and the rooms are subpar at best. Also, they need better blankets, they are PAPER thin and we froze both nights. "

"I’m a disabled veteran that checked in with a service animal. No children. No rogue artists. But when I checked out they charged my credit card again. When I called they said it was because I “left marker all over the walls”. There wasn’t even a marker in my room. Aside from that: the toilet was loose, the breakfast was stated to be 6-9 but it’s never ready at 6. The staff at the desk was rude when I called about the charge as well. They told me to talk to the general manager but she wasn’t there. "
