“Rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is typical of a Holiday Inn Express. Well equipped fitness facilities”

“Front desk staff wasn't friendly. They need to update the beds and pillows.”

“I BOOKED A SUITE AT YOUR SUPERIOR, WISCONSIN LOCATION. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND WELL APPOINTED. THE PROBLEM OCCURED WHEN I GOT READY TO GO TO BED. THE BED WAS TO HIGH FOR ME TO SIT ON WITH MY FEET ON THE FLOOR. I'M 82 YEARS OLD AND I AM SOMEWHAT LIMITED IN MY MOBILITY. “Decor in entry way was inviting. Refrigerator in room was not clean;bathroom had mold; hard-boiled eggs at breakfast tasted sour -likely bad. Breakfast room was not attended to as expected. Lack of quality eateries nearby.”

“The staff was great, and did a fine job reaching out to us when our room was ready early. Check in went well and the amenities in the room were all we needed for our overnight.”
