Good morning, It is true that we had a very disrepectful group in, this weekend, and we are sorry they had a negative impact on your stay. The climate control, at this time of year, is set on heat. Had we been aware of your discomfort we would have sent an engineer to your room to switch it over to AC. They also would have been able to reset your remote control. We also could have moved your room, if you came to us and told us about the bed. We have someone here 24 hours a day to assist our guests, but cannot help you if we are unaware of the issues until you are checking out. We are sorry that we are not a good fit for you, and wish you many happy travels in the days to come.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the hot tub was not available during your stay, but all of our other amenities were functional. We understand that you are upset about your billing, but you cancelled your reservation with expedia and got refunded even though you stayed at the hotel, so we had to charge you. We would have been happy to move you to a quieter room had we known you were unconfortable. All hotels require continuous maintenance. Sadly, since there are so many rooms, we don't always know that there is an issue until someone informs us. Your room is now put out of order until maintenance has time to get it back up to standards. I will also contact the housekeeping department about your room not having been detailed properly. What you experienced is not the level of care our guests have come to expect. The front office team works very hard to provide accurate information for our guests, but sometimes a notification might not make it to one of the team if they are absent when the notification goes out.
