My room was bright and comfortable with a beautiful ocean front view, that includes a balcony. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay. The location was convenient and quiet, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring the area. "Staff at the front desk and concierge were very friendly! We booked a king lagoon view and were given a suite!!! We were so surprised and excited. Was a great way to start off our vacation! We appreciated the free airport shuttle as well as the cruise shuttle we purchased. The only drawback was that there was a dirty washcloth on the floor when we first entered our room. Other than that our stay was great! "
