โI did choose the property/hotel based on ratings. And I was not disappointed. This was a very nice hotel and they exceeded my expectations. Everything was very nice! โ
โBeautiful iconic Miami Beach hotel. Our room (351) had a walk out balcony the size of a small house and overlooked the pools and the beach. Beautiful wicker chairs and cushions. It could probably fit 85-100 people. Nice eating options and a wonderful staff at the beach. Be prepared for daily resort fees ($45), parking ($60), and beach umbrellas ($39).
Out only complaint was that we had no housekeeping for the 2 nights we were there. โ

โI had a great time in this hotel. The facilities were clean, the amenities were great. I loved their pool, the only thing that the water was so hot in the pool for such weather I would have loved it to be refreshing. I loved their breakfast menu and the servers as well as hotel staff were very kind and respectful. I would encourage anyone to try this place as we enjoyed our stay. Great location as well!โ

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
