“Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food...

“I enjoyed staying at this property for my solo trip to Miami. The property is not on the beach but it is a very short walk. When you get to the beach they provide beach chairs and umbrellas. The check-in process was easy and the lobby was very clean. My room was super clean, yet small. The room had a balcony and that helped with the small room size. The TV's include Netflix and Youtube. I didn't eat breakfast, but they provide breakfast for a fee. The latte was great and pastries were tasty...

“Stayed here on an unexpected 24 hr layover in Miami and was pleasantly surprised the property was clean it smelled good the unit was well designed and had every amenity I needed. the location was very convenient close to little Havana, there’s a a cvs restaurants and barbershops nearby. Well worth the price Would definitely stay again.”
