The food at the restaurant was super tasty and the staff at the hotel and restaurant were super friendly and helpful. “We stayed here for two nights.But on the second day, something unbelievable happened. When we got back to the accommodation, our luggage was all moved to another room by the staff and our room was occupied by another guest. Our new room was very messy and small with no kitchen and no sofa bed. Is it possible to open the door and move the guest’s luggage without any contact? I protested because it was so unpleasant, but they kept answering the ridiculous question that the room we originally...

"하루라도 더 머물고 싶은 아쉬움 말고는 더 이상 필요한 게 없습니다!! 메시지를 통해 필요한 게 없는지, 체크를 통해 편안함을 느낄 수 있게 해주었어요. 세심히 챙겨주고 도움을 준 Janna, Fernando, Domenica에게 무한한 감사를 드립니다. 또한 하우스키퍼는 청소를 너무 완벽하게 해주어 좋았습니다. 다음에 마이애미에 오게 되더라도 저는 무조건 이 숙소에서 머물고 싶습니다. There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
