“I hate having to wight a bad review. This time I was so disappointed. Wanted 10 minutes at front desk along with Two other people. The lady was very nice. But said our room was on the third floor ask if she had anything on first floor. She checked and put up on first floor we had reservations for a Suite it was just regular room but that was ok. The room was out dated and the AC was noisy. The room had a smell that made me sick, the bath tub was stained and chipped, the toilet seat was messed up...

They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). “Helpful and friendly staff. However, like others have mentioned, there was an unusual odor in the room that I couldn’t quite identify. The air conditioning unit and its filter also did not appear to be very clean. Otherwise, it was okay.”
