"Clean room nice staff the restaurant was not opened on Sunday to order breakfast and the microwave has a safety loc on it had to call for help but this was still a nice place I will go here again "

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff were. The receptionist made check-in smooth and effortless, setting a great tone for the stay. Throughout my visit, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service. The waitress in particular stood out—she was warm, efficient, and made dining a really enjoyable experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. It’s clear that a lot of attention goes into making guests feel valued. I absolutely loved my stay and would not hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville!"

"Clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well-lit parking lot. There is a pet fee. Room doors need fixing as it was really hard to close and lock. The hole wasn’t aligned with the latch; but someone came to fix it. All in all; peaceful and nice place. "
