“Property was older but nicely updated. Room was very clean. I prefer a firmer bed but everything was great! I’ll definitely stay there again.”

“For starters there were 3 of us in a handicap room. My Mom uses a walker or scooter at all times. The way the sofa bed made out it was difficult to get to the door and out for a handicap person. She could only use the walker in the room and just barely. They had just replaced the chairs with 2 very uncomfortable and hard to get out of chairs, especially for a handicap! There were only 2 towels, wash cloths and kitchen chairs. Why do you pay more for an extra person if they don’t provide extra...

“Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out.”

“This was an average hotel. The bathroom door didn't want to stay shut. My husband could hardly get the shower spigot to come on because it was stuck. There was no freezer in the fridge, which we needed. We set the thermostat for 68 overnight to keep it cool, and it cranked up to 76 on its own. I finally just shut it off. The breakfast was average. The location was quiet.”

“The room was good, and had a nice bathroom. The breakfast included eggs, but NO sausage. The orange juice tasted more like orange drink, and was very sweet.”

“Room was clean and staff were friendly. The big disappointment was that when we checked in, the front desk staff member told us the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Our room was also located on the 4th floor! We had to haul our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs on which someone had spilled coffee. Stairs weren’t very clean or well maintained. Obviously many guests staying on the 4th floor hadn’t used the stairs previously. No discount or anything was offered...

“We stayed 4 nights at Sage. Staff at front desk, breakfast & the Social lounge were excellent. Both Check in and check out were smooth. Requested a ground floor in advance and they fulfilled. Enjoyed the convenience of bldg A and parking our car directly by our room. The room was clean and quiet with no noticeable parking lot or external walkway noise. We could hear and were awaken by The second floor guest(s) each night of our stay . They woke around 4 am and walked back and forth for hours....
