“The staff was very nice and the breakfast dependable (although they did not always have fruit or pastries). IN the room, there was no plug for the tub, the refrigerator was so cold it froze all my food, the coffee maker did not work, and the hairdryer would only dry on high. Three times my key didn't work and I had to get it re-keyed at the desk. The laundry room is outside and the door does not close or lock.”
