"We selected the Nichols Inn since we were attending a concert in Welch. The property does not provide adequate parking for their guests. we had two rooms booked and only one car to park. We were forced to park approximately a 1/4 mile from the property on the street. I would have expected a minimum of one parking space per room."

"Great breakfast, bedroom less that clean. Stains on carpet, stains on bathroom floor. Keys only worked once or twice. That was a nusciencee! Not to mention pounding of construction workers outside my window all day."

"Nice hotel in a great location. They had patio dining. We didn’t get a chance to eat there but would like to the next time we’re in the area. Customer service was excellent! I had an early flight which they accommodated and let me check in early and I was able to take a long nap. Hotel could use a renovation but then rates would be a lot higher. The room was clean and that was what counted the most. The air freshener on the 2nd floor was a little strong for my liking. They had a nice selection for breakfast which was complimentary. The breakfast area was spacious with plenty of room to eat. I would stay here again. Thank you!"

"The property looks great! And the staff is amazing and so helpful. My only “complaint” is something out of their control. In short “hockey parents”. They do nothing to control the kids and let them run while they sit and drink. Maybe stricter guidelines for them is needed."
