"Great place in Glenwood Springs.. stayed for two nights with family. Highlight was how accommodating the staff was. They happily let us for late checkout after we mentioned hiking the hanging lake. They also provided extra access key cards when our friends took card out for dinner and we were stranded. Rooms were clean and tidy.. Breakfast could have been better but it’s good enough for couple of days."

"The hotel was in a convenient location near downtown. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The staff was courteous. Otherwise, the hotel was dated and needs upgrades. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain the water and the tile floor in there was grimey."
