“Each unit is unique and a pleasure to experience. The property has a pool and hot tub, laundry room. A short walk to the beach without having to find parking. A nice park median in Venice Avenue for walks. Convenient to historic downtown Venice and major streets and highways.”

“Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee).”
