"Very underwhelming, for Naples I expected a way higher standard, especially for a hilton. I've stayed in higher class Mariotts, and that's disappointing because Hiltons are usually very high class, modern, and cushiony. Room was extremely outdated, no hot water during my stay, bathroom screamed it was built in the 80s (though I know it was built 2000), when taking a shower the fabric curtain contained little to no water in and got water all over the floor.
The staff was mildly arrogant/prissy talking down to me as if I was a class beneath them. I am aware this is a Hilton but it seems very over priced for what I got out of my stay, compared to other Hiltons I've stayed at. There were many other options at a lower price point that I can guarantee had the same level of "comfort" or highly likely more comfort I could've taken but I favor Hilton and chose this location but after my stay I now know I made a mistake. To say the least I will not be coming back to this location."
