"Very clean hotel just needs some remodeling in the bathrooms. Overall, great stay if you are attending the game since it’s walking distance. Starbucks inside was missing half of the things to make your order and went to the bar and no one took our order they just sat us down so we decided to leave after 10 minutes of no one coming."

"Mostly great stay! Easy and friendly check in, large and comfortable rooms...very nice to have a suite. Cold AC, comfy beds. A few tiny snags....no one answered at guest services when I called, unsure if this was a no one at the desk issue or a phone issue? I called from my cell and got someone. Room service is to go (man, I really miss proper room service!) and just ok, my coffee was cold and no butter for my toast. I don't mind paying extra for room service, but I'd love to receive everything really hot and presented well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property....pricing was very reasonable for uptown Houston too!"
