"I liked staying at the Redwood Lodge. On my second overnight trip, I had to lodge elsewhere as the price was getting unaffordable for the working man. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. My biggest problem was I was assigned the only room in the building that did not have a number on the door. I had to look at all the surrounding doors to rule out that the door with no number was my room number. In the morning, the clerk showed me the room number, it had been found on the ground of the hallway by the cleaning staff, and had not been reinstalled."

"Our room was not very clean, one of the pillows had Makeup on it. The air conditioner didn't work great in our room and in our other room my husband suspected mold and the room smelled terrible. Some of the electrical wires were not spliced together properly. there was hair and grit in the corners of the bathroom and the tub did not have a plug, but that's ok because the water didn't drain very fast when you took a shower."
