“I had a King Room. There was 1 desk chair. No sitting chair. I called the front desk to see if there was one I could get. I was told they didn’t have any more chairs. I asked about taking a plastic chair from the pool area. I was told to not take one from the pool area. Then I was told that it would be fine if I went over to Walmart and bought a lawn chair to bring back and use in the room!!! I found this to be completely unacceptable!!”

“No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...
