โBed was squeaky, no water pressure for the shower. Had to hold in hand to wash properly. Bathroom requires upgrade. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Surroundings lovely. โ
โI'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. โThis hotel is ok but pretty basic overall. Although clean, the room felt very tired. Staff arenโt really on hand late at night or in the morning. It was good value. โ
โThe Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to talk to. The location was a hard one to find and we had to park our car quite a distance away but can't do much about that. We did enjoy the location to much of the town. The Hotel itself was very clean and well run. The area around it we weren't as comfortable with.โ
โFrom check in to check out, it was a lovely birthday treat spa break for my husband a lovely experience, we had lunch, spa treatment, evening meal and overnight stay.
