Perfect place to stay outside the park. Access to restaurants was convenient. Amenities in the cabin were excellent.

The staff and property were nice. The room was clean but needed a few minor upgrades. Zion was so close you could touch it. A very cool town.

When we got there to the original room, the sink and the towels were dirty, not to mention that the door lock was partially broken. We were then swapped to a separate room where we left our luggage room service was finishing setting up. When we got back, we noticed that they had left the door open with all our luggage inside and the bathroom was missing soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. The shower handle key was also broken and the rooms phone did not work. We were also told that there would be hot breakfast, but upon arrival, they told us that it was grab and go instead.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about your stay! We are very sorry that your experience wasn’t up to your expectations. We are currently changing our dispensers but we leave in every room shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel in mini bottles. We did our best to remedy every single concern from your check in to check out and did so in a timely manner including moving you to another room and having staff return after hours to reclean everything while you watched and talked to our staff until it was to your liking as you requested. We did all that you asked and confirmed that you were satisfied. We are sad that after our efforts you still give us the worst review possible. Our staff works very hard to provide guests with a clean, comfortable room, and top notch service.

The view from the benches outside the room was spectacular! We really enjoyed Larry at check in and got good advice from several of the front desk staff on things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great views. Very comfortable beds, room was quiet, but no elevator to 2nd floor. No full breakfast, just Grab and Go bags plus coffee and juice machine.

When in the Zion National Park area, you should stay at the Lodge inside the National Park. That is where I thought we were booked but discovered Expedia had booked us into this motel which is outside the Park in the small town of Springdale. This booking made travel to view the Park and return very difficult and time consuming. Am very upset with Expedia about this!!!

We loved this hotel. Right in the middle of beautiful Springdale, walking distance to shops, dining and shuttle. The rooms are large, with beautiful views. Lots of parking and extremely friendly staff. Would HIGHLY recommend this than staying in the park.

The room air freshener was way too strong and never went away while we were there. Had to leave because started wheezing from bad air. We open window to get fresh air in and smell was still too bad. Left in the middle of the night due to smell.

We arrived late but the key was waiting for us and it was no issue to check in the next morning. We received very delicious and thoughtful breakfast bags to take with us to the park. Towels were soft and cozy. Excellent stay. The view was amazing!!

The front desk staff was fabulous - especially the little white American Eskimo doggie greeter! Rooms were spacious and well appointed with a stunning view of the Sunset on the mountains. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The clerk recommended Oscar's for dinner and that did not disappoint. In the morning we watched a small herd of deer meander through the area behind the lodge. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend. The only small bummer was that we couldn't take advantage of the grab and go breakfast because they don't open the lobby until 8:30 or something and we wanted to beat the crowds in the Park so we were up and out by 7am.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, very helpful, on multiple occasions. Conveniently located on the free shuttle bus line going to Zion. Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast is a to go bag with youghurt, a piece of fruit, a blueberry muffin, and a bagel and cream cheese.

It was within walking distance of Zion National Park with a shuttle stop near the hotel entrance. There were many shopping and eating places along the route. The room had many conveniences ( kitchenette).. The breakfast bags were filled with lots of goodies. The oranges were terrific to share as a hiking snack.

This property should be listed as a motel. Sink and shower were plugged up. I was told the reason for the later than usual check in if 4 PM was to allow hikers time to check out late, but I was told to be out by 11 AM and couldn’t ask for a late check out.

We offer a courtesy check out of 11:30 at no charge. There is a small charge for noon or 1:00 pm check outs. 4:00pm is a common check in time here in Springdale. The property is nice. The family traveling with us found their room to not be cleaned well but we had no issue with ours directly next door. The property is in the perfect place for visiting Zion. I would probably stay again although the rooms are a bit small for the price. Also, breakfast could have been better

Great location. Was mixed up with Zion lodge. Thought we were staying at Zion lodge but worked out great being Springdale. Easy shuttle but busy.

The property is in a wonderful location that can't be beat! Unfortunately there is no one on staff at the hotel after 9pm so if you have any issues as I did there is no one to reach as they do not have the phones in the room hooked up nor do the numbers for the hotel connect to the on call person. The suite that I paid for to fit my family was not equipped with linens or pillows for all of the beds. So learn from my mistake and check the room as soon as you get in not when you are ready to go to sleep.
