The property is newly remodeled and modernized. Everything was clean and as expected, except our tv didnt work and we were told there was nothing they could do. With 3 children in the room, who had been in the car for 5 hours, the tv was much needed. Mediocre breakfast but edible.

The property has undergone a change in ownership. There are improvements being made but they have a ways to go. My assigned room was comfortable and newly renovated. Still had a couple of punch list items to address, though. Staff was pleasant. I would likely stay again.

First, this is a Motel, not a hotel. I prefer the security of a Hotel where the front door opens to a hallway, not opening to the whole world. Springfield has a lot of homeless people so it was a concern. The bed was horribly hard and sat on an all metal box that squeaked when you got in or rolled over. The lobby has been renovated and is nicely done. The room had been renovated but it was an older property and the bathroom was super tiny. You had to leave the toilet room door closed, it was so tight. The cable was Dish Network so the choices were very limited. Breakfast was very plain although adequate. Coffee was so so and there was no decaf. On the good side, the people working there were the friendliest I’ve ever seen! Also the location is really good with easy access to main roads and a walking greenway trail.

Was easy access to hospital where relative was facing surgery. They are redoing property with great upgrades.

Room not properly cleaned and there was drug paraphernalia found in the chair. The property was partially remodeled. The room was dusty to the point that we were leaving footprints (maybe from construction?) also didn’t have a blow dryer or an iron in the room, which we would have used. They refunded one night due to our findings. The property has potential but we did not have a good experience.

Friendly service at checkin, cleanliness of the entire facility and location. Better in my opinion than most higher rate hotels.

Kitchen-ette! Right off the HIGHWAY PERFECT PLACE
Kitchen-ette! What?! Fantastic, make your own dinner or breakfast and save some money. Excellent service from staff members. I would stay here again! Also, there was a kitchen bucket with plates, cups, pans and more at my disposal to use and then return. PERFECT! Super comfy bed. I didn't use the bathroom shower; however, it worked fine and very beautiful! The only DOWNSIDE to this stay was the construction workers outside my room in the hallway sawing wood at 7am. That was not disclosed upon checking in to the hotel. Otherwise, A1, 100% best hotel in a very long time overall.

The hotel was under some remodeling so there was scaffolding and debris around the building. However, inside the room and lobby, it was very clean. The staff was nice when I registered and checked out. However, the evening clerk seemed put out because I needed help with my car

You get what you pay for!
I waiting at the vacant front desk for 15 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. The description of the room did NOT include any mention of exterior doors. This is simply an old motel made over. We had a cricket in our bathroom this morning. I did not feel safe at this hotel. I would not recommend this motel.

Since the name implied “suite” that is what we assumed we were getting-it was not a suite- there was not even a place to hang clothes. The big negative is that I sneezed all night and had a scratchy throat- there must have been a cat in the room before us. I asked to have the room recleaned. 2 dogs were in the room next to ours -they barked continuously. We will never stay again.

We do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. However when you asked about pets we did let you know that we are a pet friendly hotel. Arbor Suites staff also did their very best to accommodate you by offering you to move rooms as you declined so our next step was to do some extra cleaning to your room each night you stayed.

Maid was a hit or miss. Sometimes cleaned room and sometimes not. Had to get front dssk to get her to clean the tub. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly

Feels more like a pleasant hotel than a motel
The check in was super easy. Ciara, at the front desk went above any beyond for us. She was very efficient, kind, and quick. We asked for dinner recommendations and she was able to give us a great one. She definitely deserves a bonus when one comes available. The room was clean and comfortable.

A few years back I stayed at the other location, and it was fabulous. I expected this location to be the same..it was not. I payed almost the same price for a single room that i did for a condo suite. The kitchen was not stocked with pans, utensils, cups ext...who would travel with that stuff, so why have a kitchenette that isnt stocked, nor have an oven. There was not a coffee maker in room and previous occupants had left stuff in the fridge, so obviously there wasnt a proper cleaning. Laundry was broke..basically it sucked and what was suppose to be a fun night away from home for my kiddo and her best friend was actually a waste of money. I will NEVER pay to stay at this location again!

This was a very nice budget minded motel. The room seemed to be updated recently, i experienced none of issues that had been expressed recently in bad reviews. Its easy to get to off the highway, a bit awkward getting back on because you have to "go around the block" to get back on the highway. My wife and I stayed there becauseof a craft show we had a tent at, so we were unable to partake in breakfast. So if there's a complaint, its that breakfast starts too late, maybe open it up at 6a instead of 7a. Other than that, i would stay there again.
