"Room was clean, bed super comfy, staff was great. Would stay again Loved hearing the trains in the night, might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but we loved it"

"Nice clean room, quiet and very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and we would stay here again. However, we do prefer on getaways having a pool and a hot tub available. Apparently this location used to have a pool but they took it out and put in a larger breakfast room! I don't know if that's the trend but it's not a trend I support. Having a swimming pool that's warm enough and a hot tub. That's good and hot is what we look for when going on vacation. Sometimes like this last stay. We were only away for a couple of nights. Just needed a break from our very hectic lives of late. That hot tub would have been so relaxing!"

"Beds and suite mostly excellent. Staff were terrific. Cannot understand why a brand new Canadian facility would have such LOW TOILETS! Anyone over 6 foot tall or seniors who are somewhat inflexible - we are both - found it a long way down to sit on toilets built for a 10 yr old! Serious brain cramp at the design & build stage. Even much lower class hotels are smart enough to install adult height toilets during initial construction. We would stay again in a heartbeat but will not be doing so due to the toilet issue."

"Hotel is old (cracked bathroom sink) and old carpets. But clean enough and comfortable beds. “Free Breakfast” was packaged muffins or a no name fruit cup - that’s it. One type of keurig coffee. Friendly staff. Small town, mid week, low occupancy so maybe $165 was a bit high."
